By using tracycopywriting.com and purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Tracy Copywriting is based at 34108 Oak Knoll St, Eastlake, OH 44095, USA. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this website or purchase services.
Tracy Copywriting provides professional content writing services including blog ghostwriting, product descriptions, newsletter campaigns, SEO web copy, social media content, and editing and proofreading. All services are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped at any time.
Service scope is defined at the package level and, where applicable, through the project brief submitted after purchase. We reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside our service areas or raise legal or ethical concerns.
All orders are paid in full at the time of purchase via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Prices are displayed in US Dollars. By completing checkout, you authorize the charge confirmed at the Stripe payment page.
After payment, we send a project brief intake form to the email provided at checkout within one business day. Work does not begin until the completed brief is returned. If the brief is not received within 14 days of the form being sent, we will follow up. If no response is received within 7 additional days, the order may be cancelled subject to the Refund Policy.
First drafts are delivered within the window specified for your package from the date the completed brief is confirmed. Spark packages: 7 business days. Craft packages: 5 business days. Momentum packages: 48 business hours. Rush delivery add-on: 48 hours from brief confirmation. Timelines are for first drafts and do not include revision rounds.
Spark packages include two revision rounds. Craft and Momentum packages include unlimited revisions. Revision rounds address feedback against the original brief. Changes that substantially alter the scope, target audience, or core direction after the brief has been confirmed may require additional charges, which we will discuss before proceeding.
Upon receipt of full payment and final delivery, you own the delivered content outright. You may use, publish, and modify it without restriction. Tracy Copywriting retains no rights to use your delivered content for any purpose, including as portfolio samples, without your written permission.
We treat all client project information as confidential. Project materials are not shared with third parties outside the project team. NDA available on request before starting.
You agree not to use our services to produce content for illegal activities, fraudulent schemes, deceptive marketing, or content that violates applicable law. We may terminate a project and retain earned payment if we discover misrepresentation of purpose.
Our liability to you in connection with any project is limited to the amount paid for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. We do not guarantee specific business results from the use of delivered content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lake County, Ohio.
