This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through tracycopywriting.com. Because our services involve professional writing time, refunds depend on the stage at which a cancellation occurs.
If you cancel before returning the completed project brief intake form, you are eligible for a full refund minus a $25.00 processing fee. To cancel at this stage, email hello@tracycopywriting.com with your order reference. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
If you cancel after submitting the brief but before active writing has started, you are eligible for a 75% refund. The remaining 25% covers brief review, topic research, and project preparation time.
If you believe delivered copy materially fails to address the submitted brief, contact us at hello@tracycopywriting.com within 7 days of first draft delivery with specific feedback. We will review the copy and the brief and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include additional revision, partial credit, or in exceptional cases a partial refund.
Consultation sessions that have occurred are non-refundable. Sessions cancelled with more than 12 hours notice are eligible for a full credit applicable to rescheduling within 60 days. Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice are non-refundable.
Add-ons that have been delivered (such as content calendars, SEO keyword research, brand voice documents) are non-refundable once delivered. Rush delivery surcharges are non-refundable once work has begun under the expedited timeline.
If no completed brief is received within 21 days of the intake form being sent (14 days plus one follow-up period), the order may be cancelled and a 50% refund issued minus the $25.00 processing fee.
Email hello@tracycopywriting.com with your order reference and reason. We acknowledge all requests within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days to the original Stripe payment method.
