Line editing, structural feedback, and proofreading for content you have already drafted. Careful, respectful, fast.
Editing is not rewriting. When you work with a good editor, the result should still sound like you -- just you at your clearest. The goal is to remove friction between your idea and the reader understanding it. That might mean cutting sentences that repeat themselves, restructuring a paragraph that buries the main point, choosing a clearer word, or catching an error that would have undermined credibility.
We offer two levels of editing service. The first is proofreading: error correction, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and minor consistency fixes. This is for content that is structurally solid but needs a final pass before publishing.
The second is line editing: everything in proofreading, plus structural feedback, sentence-level rewrites where needed, and editorial comments explaining why each change was made. This is for content that is mostly there but would benefit from a more thorough review.
We edit blog posts, white papers, case studies, web copy, newsletters, reports, and proposals. We work in tracked changes so you can see and approve every suggestion. Documents are typically returned within 3 to 5 business days, or 3 days with the rush add-on.
Writers and founders who want a second pair of eyes. Marketing teams who draft internally but want editorial polish before publishing. Non-native speakers publishing in English.
