All Tracy Copywriting services are delivered digitally. No physical product is ever shipped. You will not receive a physical document or package of any kind.
Completed content is delivered via a shared Google Document link sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can review, comment, and share the document directly. If you prefer a different format -- Microsoft Word, plain text, HTML, Notion, or another -- specify this in your project brief and we will deliver accordingly at no extra charge.
All windows begin from the date the completed project brief is received and confirmed, not from the date of payment.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Projects received after 3pm Eastern on Fridays begin on the following Monday.
Revisions are delivered in the same shared document as the first draft. We do not create new documents for revision rounds. You will receive an email notification when a revision is ready for review. Revision rounds have a 7-day review window from delivery; no response within 7 days is treated as approval of the current draft.
We notify you by email at the address provided at checkout when each draft and revision is ready. Add hello@tracycopywriting.com to your safe sender list. If you do not receive a notification within the delivery window, check your spam folder and contact us immediately.
If a project requires more time than the standard window due to exceptional complexity, we will notify you before starting and agree on a revised timeline. We do not proceed without your consent to a revised schedule. In the rare event of a delay after work has begun, we notify you as soon as possible with a revised estimate.
Final delivery includes the complete writing deliverable(s) specified in your package, any headline or subject line variants included in scope, and any add-on deliverables (SEO keyword map, content calendar, brand voice document). Add-ons are delivered as separate documents.
